Think Coreweave when you think of Nebius. I don't really understand their business models and some have discussed the conflict of interest in Nvidia investments only to have them turn around to buy racks of chips. The road to profitability is cloudy to me.

They are paid to build customized, industry specific AI solutions.

I think they build AI data centers, and then sell useage of the data center to the customer.

"They are paid to build".......Really? When the AI data center is built by NBIS, who owns it - NBIS or the customer?

My understanding is NBIS is a massive AI infrastructure play. Build data center, sell AI data center services.

"Build data center" does not sound like a good business model to me. Perhaps exciting now, but selling massive tech infrastructure to contracted users......when has that ever been a great investment, ever?
