Without direct conversation with Bender we will not know whether these sales are option related or not. After the stock is sold there will be another news item on Bloomberg showing date, price and amount sold. At that time we will find out if they are option related or not and the total shares owned by bender(although not the amount of outstanding options held but not exercised?

Why sell now? I didn't have time to check out the options expiration dates. If they are short then now is a great time. The price is probably under market anyway. Perhaps he has a large expenditure/investment?

Lots of other reasons to numerous to mention.
