It doesn't surprise me to see some begin to consider legal action. If the goal is to get more information and put pressure on the CEO and healthmed, then I see that as a positive. It shouldn't cause any harm if they have nothing to hide. The board should be included also in any conference call. At this point, they seem to have shareholders interests in mind. Class action suits tend to only come out for the lawyers, unless Rocky knows an honest one. But if the board begins to fold, the that may be the only course of action. I wonder if the SEC has some say in these matters? It may be worth checking. Hope there is nothing to worry about, but I have to wonder.
