I've been using these guys for about 6 mos.accuracy has been excellent both internet and assisted placements.It typically takes them from 4 to 10 minutes to answer my call and confirmation on assisted orders (bb,pinks) is too slow(30-90 min) if you put in a priced order that should get filled quickly owning to price and volume.Their internet site is sometimes slow and in very high vol. days it gets terrible.I stay with them because I live near their office and keep hoping these issues will change. dtr

Ameritrade is the WORST trading firm you can use. I have been a customer since the Aufhauser days in 91. Their quality has gone down hill, especially lately.

I had sent messages and messages to their mgmt w/o even an ACK &^%$$

Fortunately I have other accounts.
