OT & RMD I have been following the 12 year plan on converting IRA to ROTH. Have a few more years to get the rest of the IRA over to the ROTH before I have mandated RMD conversion. It's been the best tax planning other than the rental. It will be interesting to see how this market run ends or if it continues to rotate into different sectors. The scary thing is this run in Gold & Silver signals to me more Asset Inflation and perhaps extended Stagflation. All this generates larger taxes w/ little to no benefit as we see little to no investment in the future. We just see higher prices. Had a Brat w/ sauerkraut last night and it was nothing like the sauerkraut you canned. Always nice to harvest from the garden but here at the Lake season almost over and starting to get cold. Hope you had a Great Summer and got most/all of your projects completed before the Winter storms arrive.
