Hey, Roo. Is that Austrailian for Kangaroo? The evidence for printing shares is clear for all to see--this thread was started in November of 1997, just 3 short months ago. At the time, it was stated they had about 20MM shares. Now they have 41MM. Doubling the shares out in three months? That's pretty crushing evidence, don't you think. They only issued a relatively small amount for the Myriad acquisition. Probably issued a lot more to support Morton Downey. Duh.... the source is the company. Go back and read their releases regarding earnings. Read them and weep at the reality. >>Furthermore, earnings for the 3rd quarter of this year were $.06 per share thus creating a YTD of $.12 per share.<< In another release he projects .09 earnings for the 4th Q. So would should be seeing .21 for the year, but now we are supposed to se .11. I will be very surprised if they even come close to .11. There is all your evidence from the horses mouth--verify it for yourself at prnewswire.

Perhaps you should preface your comments with a statement like "the following is speculation on my part and should not be considered as fact.">> Hey, I think I can do that! "The above statement that outstanding FAMH shares have about doubled in about 3 months is pure speculation on my part based on information provided by Cheryl and Brad.
