NETZ (OTC BB) Breaking News

San Diego (February 25, 1998). On the verge of its successful IPO, the Board
of Directors of DoubleClick (DCLK) has approved
a plan to buy Zulu-tech, Inc. (NETZ) which holds 65% of SOFTBANK
Interactive Marketing, Inc., a competitor of DCLK businesses
in the world. The management believes that combination of DCLK with NETZ
will establish and solidify DCLK as a sole leader in
the Internet multimedia advertisement to dominate for next century like
Microsoft that dominates PC operation system in the
world. Further, the management believes it is best time to purchase NETZ, as
NETZ is unknown on the Wall Street and has a small
market cap (about $20 million). The spokesman for the company refused to give
the premium number for purchasing price, but the
management is willing to pay a heft premium that will be too attractive to be
rejected by NETZ shareholders and is believed to be 5
times bigger than NETZ trading price (NETZ was closed at $0.685/share on
Feb. 24 with a 100 times heavier trading volume than
3-month daily average). The deal will be financed by stocks and cash. NETZ
does not want to comment on the offer until they receive
the offer officially, but insists they will act in the best interest of their
shareholders.

Hope this doesn't cause a problem!
Sounds Fake to me!
