Accelgraphics is moving Accelgraphics Inc. will relocate from San Jose to Milpitas in June. The company, which makes 3-D graphic accelerators that compete with industry giant Silicon Graphics Inc., is moving from Zanker Road in San Jose to Barber Lane in Milpitas. More than 100 Accelgraphics employees will move into the 24,500-square-foot R&D building, which the company is subleasing from C - Cube Microsystems Corp. The company has signed a two-year lease . It is paying more than $1.25 a square foot for the space, said Fred Pilster, broker with Cornish & Carey Commercial/Oncor International, who represented Accelgraphics and C - Cube . The new location is twice the size of Accelgraphics' previous location.
