It is clear that Putin intends to take as much land as he can, it is not our job to prevent it when the victim in this case is as intransigent as the aggressor

There are 3 participants, not 2. We are an observer; are we obliged to try and stop the incident, by at least calling 911 if we don't personally intervene?
