Raptor- regarding your last post. I assume that it was addressed to me solely because mine was the last post. I don't think that I gave the impression of being wildly enthusiastic. I am sure that TP negotiated the best possible deal for itself, minimizing any potential downside and maximizing the upside. Probably a good indication of Oxford's financial needs. These steps also put into place the pieces to start a recovery. Now the evaluation becomes one of determining how quickly a "turn around" can take place, the effect of dilution, the potential earnings/share, and value of the franchise at , say mid 1999.

Raptor, Bought 23K shares over the past three days and your position is certainly valid. <<<<<< DRRISK, I don't want to single anyone out here, but your comments are more and more mindless hype. Is this what you stand for? Why don't you do some analysis instead of baseless huckstering?? Anyone want to refute or disagree with any of this analysis??? No? You prefer to mindlessly cheerlead?? Good luck and have a nice day.>>>>>> You clearly are annoyed at management and feel that they are to be tarred and feathered I am not emotional about this and feel that this company has had some shortterm problems that it has acted to resolve definitively. I due dili and take a position that seems to be a safe entry level. I would have never bought this stock at 30 or higher and have followed very closely the developements. We all share and have various strengths that is what makes a thread. I am hardly a huckster if I post my trade and position. Have a nice day and what I know is my busines but I share honestly and sincerely. So you can have a nice day also I at least practise what I preach and state what I do. DrRisk
