I don’t think the issue is about individuals buying these domesticated robots which according to not just Musk will be a huge business. The real issue is the impact on the job market in general. There will be countless millions of jobs which will be lost to ever faster advances in technology. This will affect blue and white colour enhancing corporate profits while eroding average / middle class incomes.

So, to come back to your point … “Who will but these domestic robots?” Certainly not people who will be out of a job and have ample time to do household chores.
