I don't know what's going on. However, I was surprised to see Kaiser's review, which I received in a promotional email, quickly followed by a promotional-type story in regular media. I met John a number of times back in the 90's and was an early subscriber. The issues he covers are not what I would recommend for newbies in this sector. They are higher risk than what one usually reads from newsletter writers. But I have always felt him to be a straight shooter, and an excellent source of knowledge about geology, minerology, and mining in general.
