The problem is that you get these fund managers who don't know more than a 2nd grader, but since they have these high egos, they have to have it their way. Not to mention they get all this press for it, so it only fuels their desire for attention. Hey things are going extremely well at Disney and Eisner knows what he is doing. Why ruin a good thing? Even Warren Buffet supports the Eisner Board and he was somewhere around 20.9 million shares. Far more than the 6.9 of the other group. I think Buffet is a greater authority than some manager who can't even keep up with the market.
