B. Ramsey. I am still here. Lucky I don't own enough that it hurts too bad. My view is as follows:

1. Fry Guy made 1/2 cent last quarter. With a margin of 30%, Fry Guy sales must increase by $1,000,000 to get us 1 cent of profit. I think that is possible, but not for a few quarters.

2. Lets say Fry Guy profit gets to 1.5 cents per quarter, or 6 cents per year. Lets say CDSI adds another 3 cents, for a total income of 9 cents. What is a reasonable multiple? A PE of 7 gets us to a price of 63 cents. That's a 50% increase over todays price.

3. On the negative side, there is too much reliance on Walmart and the problem maintaining a listing with such a low price.

My shares are worth so little now that I will just hold to the bitter end. It does not look like the company will go out of business (unless Walmart drops them). At this point, why not just wait.

I will let things cool a little and then talk to my contact at Harbinger.
