It is unusual to find employees that think they are well paid...and that don't deserve more..

Sometimes they do deserve more and sometimes they don't

In Scotland and North England there is a tradition of first footing after midnight on new years eve to go to a neighbours house taking coal or wood and receiving drinks in return.
