>>This has definitely been an odd bull market, but the forces that are keeping the general market up right now will erode: our interest rates are artificially low as a result of the Asian debacle, earnings are overstated as a result of options scams and funky accounting, analysts are feeling their oats and blatantly supporting short squeezes for whatever reason<<

It will come to an end [at the very least we should have a correction ] IMO sooner rather than later. However, I know I am defying the laws of gravity here [regarding market timing]. Quite a few very smart people turned bearish a long time ago and missed the bull. Perhaps by getting of the train I will miss it too.

IMO analysts are a bunch of puppets that upgrade/upgrade according to the side of the coin their house is in. For example, Goldman's upgrade of AHP this morning [i am short] sounded fishy to me. IMO they are probably sitting in a huge long position built up previous to the failed merger. The Redux gost is still lurking around plenty of room for this puppy to fall when bad news hit the wires again. Bet Goldman is now selling....

Oddly enough despite a significant net short exposure I am well into the black today.
