Josef:

Care to look into DSYS?? stock down 47% for the day ($6.625 down $5.875)due to co. discovery of accounting irregularity.(CFO resigned for this)

I looked at the press release and think this might be a good play, and took a small position already.

prelim. results of audit shows roughly $1 mil revenue should've been reported in 1997 but was instead reported in 1996. (Note: this could be only PART of the problem though, as indicated in PR)

Could be a good play becasue $1 mil is only small part of their revenue and also, it's basically a SHIFT of revenue rather than bogus revenue. Of course the creditability was hurt here.

Comments from everybody is welcomed.

DSYS DOES involved in y2k consulting business and have a good contract with state of Michigan (might or might not be y2k related)
