Can you tell me what the number of shares outstanding are in NETZ in comparison to DoubleClick? I would guess judging by the price that DoubleClick has much less.

If my memory serves NETZ has about double the outstanding of DCLK (30+ mil vs. approx 15 mil). Well, it is 'less' but IMO not 'much less'. :)
