And yesterday, it revealed that one day after the third quarter ended it eliminated another 150 jobs, raising the prospect of further substantial charges in the current quarter. However, neither he nor his CFO would say what charges the company may incur in the fourth quarter or what the bottom line may look like. Would appreciate if you could step thru the following. a: What products did UB have that NN envied and wanted. b: Was USB's also a reseller to CSCO. c: What happened to their products after the take over. d: What role did CSCO play if any that made the take over impossible to resolve. Thx
