Be careful with the "no conspiracy" rule. Too many times an opinion gets labeled a conspiracy on the thread that arbitrarily / subjectively bans conspiracy posters.

I think if he's repectful to the thread it should probably stand. Ignore is still an option. I've seen too many 'conspiracies' turn into reality to dismiss them at this point.
