I just talked with Hal Smith. He could not explain the discrepancy between the 22,983,687 in the 12/15 release and the outstanding shares as listed in today's release. He will talk to Galton and get back to me.

I clearly expressed my anger over Galton's attempt to make the company appear unattractive. My best guess is that they're trying to shake shares out of Grausz.

My relationship with Galton/Smith has become very antagonistic. I will only get the basics.

There were (and are!) clear paths to success at CIST, paths that rely on innovation and science rather than the transfer of discounted shares from one pocket to another.
