SII...there are two questions...both with the same answer...

Are any computerized systems 100% error-free?

and...

Is there any human that is error-free?

Both have the same answer...NO...duh.

So, the question sometimes asked, and perhaps more important...is....which is less error prone??

The uncommanded and unnecessary braking caused no harm except to my confidence in the Tesla's system. Luckily no one was tail-gating.

The old saying is appropriate: to err is human.. but to really foul things up, it takes a computer. Google "Tesla FSD Collision."
