Obviously nicewatch is a plant and needs to be taught a lesson. I vote he is suspended for two weeks. I read it in the DEI User Agreement that Jeff sent me. It's totally right in this situation: Rule 23.(a) If, after 3 weeks of play, 3 members or more are tied for 2nd place but one member is 2 or more games ahead of those in 2nd place, then at the sole discretion of the scorekeeper, a 2 week suspension of the leader is warranted.

We have upped our average to 41.5% as a group. Still less than random chance, but certainly good enough for us to get comped rooms in Vegas as marks (or in the case of EK!!!, whale status and a penthouse suite). The over/under for score is 8.5. Only four of us are above that, though five of us are at 8. More trivia: Carolyn has picked the favorite 14 of 17 times. Kevin has picked the underdog 12 of 17. - Jeff
