Justin,

You raise some legitimate questions, but I'm not sure they're completely relevant at this point. Your use of the term "mob psychology" is exactly on the money, but isn't that true of the Internet as a whole? I mean, seriously, look at the marketing job that has been done in recent years of conditioning the average American citizen to equate the terms "Internet" "on-line" et al, with superior (i.e. necessary) technology that enhances everyday life. My mother can't even balance her checkbook, but she forks over money each month to AOL because she thinks it's important to be on-line, even though she never logs in to use the service. Add to that the fact that more and more average citizens are investing in the stock market each year. Add to that the proliferation of message boards and such to aid in the distribution of news about stocks like NETZ that would have in years past gone unnoticed. All of which is a long-winded way of saying that the normal questions and concerns that have governed investing intelligently aren't necessarily applicable to investing today, especially when dealing with "hot" Internet stocks. I mean, honestly, does anyone believe that AOL or AMZN or DCLK is fairly valued at the moment? Sure, if NETZ turns out to be an inferior service then the stock price will suffer. But, in today's world, it could easily be sitting at $20 when we start to see that suffering. Is that rational? Of course not. Is it even fair or reasonable? Nope. Have people profited enough in the last two days alone to take an extended vacation from work? You betcha.

This is a piece of a personal message to Qualopec that I feel may be helpful for some. Basically it turned out more general than I thought. I am not really a 'behind the scenes' kinda guy... :)

Any response to my request for a site using ZULU's technology? I want to see it in action -- not just a picture of it. The "video" I've seen on some sites looks pretty paltry compared to TV commercials -- more like a slide show by comparison.

Well, this is probably not what you a dying to hear but we are all waiting for this stuff to get used in production all over the net. I especially think that they could have fixed their web site. But I am confident that they have a few bigger fish to fry.

The live video ads have been shown at trade shows and to institutional investors (I know of one such investor presentation in NY). I don't think it will give you full quality full rez TV ads at 28.8 modem speed... But this media is the next force that will make the web grow. It's basically like the OS vs RAM issue if that means anything to you. The speed will go up all over and that is what NETZ is banking on.

Also I think that institutions will stand in line before us lowly individuals. When NETZ has hooked the real capital we will be all set to be totally washed over with all new types of web ads.

DCLK has all their ducks in a public row and they have to. NETZ can afford to put their efforts into internal consolidation a little while longer (ie stay silent). The financials will be the breaker. After that NETZ has to start walking a thinner line.
