Your absurd quote: >>"It seems odd that he would cause a stir if he weren't intending to sell them all, but who knows."<< More specifically: >>"he would cause a stir"<< Even more specific: >>"he"<< Why would HE cause a stir?? YOU are the one stirring the drink, pouring salt into every wound and trying to create some type of panic! No one here is worried that he filed a form 144. Of course we would all like to think Tom and Frank intend on taking their shares to the grave but that is not reality. They're entitled to unload a few along the way and reap the rewards of their work. Are they "dumping them all" as you stated earlier?? No! Do we know if he sold any at all? No! Will we find out? In due time. Think about it - Tom is sitting on $700,000 worth of the damn thing. Anyone in their right mind would want some diversification! I believe FTEL to hold a very bright and promising future but I, like any other sane investor, will not maintain my entire portfolio in any one issue. Only a lunatic with a death wish would invest in that manner, regardless of the issue in which he chose to invest! So until we know more about Tom's transaction, please keep your speculation to yourself and post only the facts, nuthin' but the facts! One question I have: Someone stated he was selling them for tax reasons. I assume (dangerous word lately) that he is selling them at a loss to offset some other gain (unless there is another tax reason). Is this method, of offsetting capital gains or ordinary income, applicable to an officer of the company considering the method in which he acquired his shares?? Could someone, other than ValueSpec, answer that question? Thanks in advance! - Pat
