The later paragraph of that article has shades of Recall which is still a work-in-progress at Microsoft. After 2 years of a large corporate effort value determination of the Recall game has to be questioned. Qualcomm's knowledge graphs for AI personalization may also fall into this category. I guess it still could be early.
