Thank you very much indeed for your answer and clarification.

Your effort assists to bring to light the facts indeed.

Not as we all know who, attempts to change the same facts with innuendos full of hoped for "wrong doing" in order to favor its agenda of stupidity.

While the first amendment does read that everyone has the right to express himself/herself/itself, it does NOT read that in your so called free expression, you have the right to change the facts.

"In the end, idiots will always be rewarded with what they deserve, a head full of their own manure"

Do not look for the author of such quote, I just made it up, inspired by youknowho. (or is it a yahoo... oh well!)

<<All I was trying to do was get the same feel... if he was jumping ship or just sold for some cash. I came away thinking he just need some cash.He was very pleasant to talk to and sounded as if he was holding back nothing! The way it was written, most people would think he was selling out. I just "wanted the facts, just the facts,Mame" !>>

Gary, the fact is the CFO proposed the sale of ALL of his shares.

I might also add that a nice man, a CFO of a company, called me back to answer some questions about the company he managed. Within a short time after that "nice" phone call with the "nice" man, the company was in court for fraud and the stock fell to pathetic numbers. The company was TLTK. It often hard to judge the facts by how someone sounds.
