Sadly there is also some clueless fellow on there who claims to have purchased 60,000 shares today, then indicates that he doesn't understand why this stock is worthless.

Riechers -- I believe that the two new patent awards have affected the bankruptcy. Here is my scenario - The awards are made for the issuance of the patents. Remember that the value is $0 in the bankruptcy for all R&D. The judge says redo the financials. These patents must have some value. Whatever has been decided I am sure it is not what Preletz wanted. Further!! Look at the 8-K filed with the SEC, that's where I found this PRESS RELEASE for the patents. They were tagged at the end of the filing. And a question - Why wasn't this press release issued? The boys (for some unknown reason) do not want this as public knowledge. In addition to all of this Preletz did not sign the 8-K, Stranahan did. If I remember he is in charge of Hammer. Any thoughts on all this??
