He also took a swipe at SRPT wrongly insinuating that its exon skippers failed their confirmatory trials. Those trials are ongoing and 2 of 3 exon skippers will report in Q4. The last one will report next year. Must also consider that moms who have kids on these agents for 5 or more years can obviously tell if they are changing the natural history of DMD. If the drugs were not working they would stop them. They require monthly IV infusions so are burdensome.
