It will be interesting (and I haven't looked into it) to see how work J-1 visas affect MTN's resorts. Many of the workers at the resort I live at are foreign. edit visaverge.com

I will listen to the conference call later. there is a reason the old ceo was brought back in to run the company, I am a bit concerned that passes for the forthcoming season through sept 19 has not kept pace with unit sales of prior years. its possible that last season s labor strike had something to do with this, but I will listen to the conference call when I have a chance. stwd ex dividend today so the distribution yield is close to 10%. MU is already rebounding nicely after a very strange response to a stellar earnings report and guidance.
