Sorry about that! Doug asked me to see what I could find out and so far the only thing I've been able to find out is that there stock is flying! Can't even find out how many shares out. No Edgar filings, No earnings statements, No returned phone calls, None of the brokers I deal with had ever heard of them before yesterday.
