Lets assume that KRY unequivocally wins, with no recourse by PDG!! Would PDG have any right of recoup for the purported $US100mm they have spent already, throught Ven or International Courts? If so this is a "lien" against LC isn't it? Which would likely encumber future value until settled!

Dear Charred and Viper: In the most neutral terms I can possibly arrange, please let me ask this question one more time in a way that will not encourage you from commenting with any bias or opinion. The following is a basic trading question that any true trader would acknowledge, just as any marathon runner would tell you what brand of sneaker they use. Ready? You've avoided this question THREE times now. Let's see if the fourth is a charm:

At what price would KRY have to rise to from here for you to cover and take a loss?

A basic decision made by any legitimate trader. You have already acknowledged where you would cover for a profit ($2) if that should occur. Why can you not answer this other question as any REAL trader would already have in his/her mind? Thank you.
