I believe the withholding done by Arm and covered by the Q vs Arm suit relates to Q's TLA licence. This is also likely why the market didn't react more positively to today's news.

I'd be surprised if and hope that Qualcomm doesn't settle their Arm suit without serious TLA concessions coming from ARM. Apple proved being nice to those who act against you isn't the way forward.

Damages related to the ALA suit were already conceded by Qualcomm in their defensive response to Arm vs Q.. It's too late to now request ALA damages.

At times they are just too nice for their own good. The delay in bringing out new product as well as letting Arm use Nuvia idears ((CMS referring to Coherent Mesh Network which was also dropped from the Arm vs Q counterclaims) licence free was eaten by Q and these two items should be Q's only concessions to ARM.
