A lot of this is a gut level feel. But essentially you have to consider it's not different this time, but it is greater this time. We've had the longest secular bull market in history that you can say started in 1982. We've had a couple cyclical bears in those years, but they were short lived. So the greatest bull market in history isn't going to end without a bang that makes the excesses in 1929 look small. And yes, AI has something to do with it too. So I agree things are "overvalued" but there are a lot of people saying that out there. And things can get way more "overvalued". I want to see a blow off top that shuts all the bears up. Then, we can talk about a top or "the" top. We are not there yet IMHO.

Just an observation but what's really improved my performance in the market is simply following price action (and judicious use of stop losses). React, don't predict. Instead of telling the market what it should be doing, watch what IT IS doing and act accordingly. Seems self-explanatory but I'm amazed how many folks don't see this.......
