Slightly OT;INTC has been increasing steadily the last two months, maybe 18A is not a dud; Cristiano Amon came off pretty negative on Intel, I think there is a good chance QCOM will find itself at the end of the wait list. The rumors have been fast, loud and numerous of those considering 18A. Lip-Bu Tan went from being asked to resign from Trump, to getting Trump to invest in INTC, to getting multiple players considering 18A. 18A is not his work but if it's good he may get all the credit.
