Yes that makes sense. Either tomorrow or Monday, I will sell OBDC and keep MAIN and ARCC thereby trimming my BDC investments.

I think we are in unusual times. That is why I am reluctant to sell Equities that have stalled in the last couple of years.

My growth stocks and funds have soared whereas my huge SCHD position along with some other value oriented investments have stalled. I am feeling an urge to continue trimming my SCHD position and selling stuff like OBDC, EXR, PAYX and NEE that seem to be stuck.

Then again another part of me believes there will come a time in the near future where the growth stocks will stall and the value equities will hold up better.

I am presently slowly trimming my SCHD position and going to SGOV/Cash and/or Buy-write option funds like SPYI and ETW. I am doing it slowly because I hate selling stuff and I think that SCHD-like stocks might soon get popular again
