<<<Your version of the Alexander Wescott thing is quite different than
the version I heard. I wonder who you've been talking to... I still
wonder why it is that every time I ask if you're a broker you disappear
long enough to keep it from being totally obvious you avoided the
question...

Personally I'm half convinced you work for AW.>>>>

Why is it that every time I let people know I am not a broker, certain people fail to notice? Too busy cheering to hear anything, John?

Personally I'm half convinced you are Ira. Actually, no... I can usually understand what you are saying.

I can't see the Wescott thing going any other way. You line up a deal for financing with a "name" company, sign a two-year deal, announce it with great fanfare... then break it off? That's what FAMH did? Are they dumber than I thought?

Wescott: Here's lots of money.

Ira: Changed our minds, keep it. We can always issue lots more stock instead. Nobody will notice.

FAMH pulled out awfully quick, then. Perhaps they didn't read the contract before they signed it? What have you heard? That they had financing lined up, but decided to cast about for a nameless European concern instead... yeah, that makes perfect sense. Sorry to question it.

I'm sure Ira has a different version... as if you can depend on FAMH for anything...
