Oh my... what is that, looks like some hall of death where severely ill and critically injured people wait to gain access to proper equipment and or a private room? Short of a legitimate apocalypse emergency like some natural disaster overwhelming local resources... I've never seen so sad a hospital hallway in my life. Can you imagine OSHA coming through if that looks like a normal day for that hospital? They'd be penalized out of existence.
