RE: UTF Buy I didn't see where they said buy, it shows up as a hold. Did you get a subscriber article that said they were buying? May swap ERH for UTF after the R.O. settles depending where both share prices are. UTF Rights Offering Strategy \| Seeking Alpha I'm glad I'm on the sidelines for this one:)
