Ditto your post. And Peter, while I apprecitate your efforts, are you SERIOUS in gloating over designing, testing,and so forth everything in three days? That's the thing you shouldn't even admit. It's precisely why you have so many disgruntled customers here, not to mention the thousands who aren't aware, or don't bother to be aware of SI. I'll turn your question around. How many companies do you know who would be so foolhardy to do everything in three days as you did? No one has any doubt as to you and your team's technical skills. But you've got to start realizing that this is a customer driven industry. There are scores of brokers who tried to be all things to all peoples, and who aren't around anymore. Please don't be another one. Get your core business running effectively, with customer support that rivals no one, and people will beat a path to your door. Having registered reps who don't know what instinet is, never heard of an ECN, and don't know the different status's of an order, and what each one means, is not the way to get there. And being a little less thin-skinned would help. Thanks for listening. Len
