RB:

Perhaps you can ask her for her theories as to why the price of this stock is suffering?

It continues to slide today, in spite of the strong tech sector and Y2K moonshots like SYNT, IMRS, CBSL, and COGIF.

Investors don't seem to be very interested in SPNSF right now, and it is dumbfounding given the recent earnings report and Y2K announcements.

One question might be the synergies expected from the recent acquisition.

Risky:

Could you ask her please the following:

1. Have all the law suit settlement charges been taken into account in the previous earnings report for sure (both stock dilutions and cash), or are they still need to be taken into account in future earnings report.

2. How well their core business (Object Pool) and non Y2K business doing for this quarter/

3. Are they comfortable with the estimates that are out there for this quarter?

4. What is her assessment of the stock's avverage/poor performance.

Thanks and with best regards,

Addi Jamshidi

DD, please ask her whether any patent, copyright or other intellectual property infringement claims have been made, or lawsuits filed, against SPNSF, concerning Objectpool, Falcon 2000, or any of their other tools and whether the tools are protected by patents or copyrights owned by Sapiens.. Also, are they going to be licensing Bemer's Vertex software or TAVA's CD's?
