I now remember that there were a few such incentive programs in place. It was stated that he received no compensation other than the stock. I wonder if this arrangement would require tax payments if he DIDN'T cash out any shares?? Just a thought.

I also believe Peter Thornton had some type of super incentive arrangement in place - something along the lines of "commision only".

Talk about a motivated sales department!
