What is the negative slant? That he proposed the sale of ALL of his current shares and those for warrants convertible within 60 days of the Shareholders meeting?

I do view it as negative and I see no reason to believe otherwise. Again, if he only intended to see a few shares why not only file a 144 for a few shares? Why the whole lot !

Unless I am replied to in a respectful manner, I do not intend to answer any more questions regarding this matter. We'll see come the June 30, 1998 quarter if the storm of sales comes.
