RE: MAIN, OBDC, HTGC & CSWC(?)

Any comments or ideas are welcome as replies.
I held NNN and DLR in the past and sold for about 35% and 55% gains.
I held O in the past and decided it's DGR was a bit too slow, sold it for about a 30% gain.
I have a 0.25 position in MAIN with about a 15% gain, and recently sold out of all my OBDC with a whopping 3% gain, including dividends.
I still have a 0.75 position in CSWC with a 8% gain, including dividends.
I am looking to exit CSWC and possibly MAIN, and considering using those proceeds to add to:
NXG, NBXG, CSHI, UTF, SPYPI, and sprinkle in some DIVO, SCHD, ERH, PEO, HWM, SMH, AEP, AES, D, ES, WEC, WTRG.
This is all in one of my retirement accounts, and I won't need to extract any $$ for RMD's for another five-plus years.

Best Y'all,
DWD
