  • Amon recently sold 150,000 shares of stock directly held, which represented a 50.12% decrease in his directly owned position.
  • Despite this sale, he maintains a separate, substantial holding of 232,661 shares in a family trust where he and his spouse serve as trustees.

I was thinking the same as to his indirect holdings. The other point to consider here is $28M is basically his annual salary these days and the stock he's received recently likely has an average priced close to that of his recent sale.

Cashing in for a house, a few new cars or even disworsification should not be surprising.

All work, no play isn't what anyone should want for Qualcomm's CEO.

Qualcomm executives aren't stock traders. They get stock in place of salary and sell it when they see an alternative need for this well banked income.

Like many in the western world they too have more than needed for a good to great life.
