I am sure Salk would be most welcome in all countries. He had a high standard when it came to ethics, but was astute and courageous enough to self test the vaccine on both himself and his family. No room for error there.

Bill Gates and the attendant avalanche of NGO's etc are altogether a different story though.

There is no greater good than making money. Regardless of how many die.
