They won't be shut out, they will either have to license it or develop it on their own. IMO.

Save your money Elroy. It is going to take a long time and a bunch of money to make this commercial. Invest in MASK in the meantime, and once they get the bugs worked out you can use the profits to invest in DPMI. ** ''It's going to take five to six years to know if this is commercially viable,'' said Ken Rygler, executive vice president of worldwide marketing at DuPont Photomasks.
