Explosive conditions are created when the fuel evaporates and mixes with the air in a partially empty tank. The evaporated fuel is referred to as fuel vapor. The fuel vapor consists of fuel molecules that have escaped from the liquid fuel and form a gas in the volume (ullage) above the liquid in the bottom of the fuel tank.

-The government, or rather those directing it, needed the public on board for acceptance of war in the Middle East.- This is the part I'm in agreement with. And it hasn't stopped. Zohran Mamdani , Ilan Omar, Omar Fateh etc did not happen organically. Instead of bringing Americans together they have spit us even further apart. Instead, 9/11 energized our enemies while we did zero while our inner cities are slowly transforming into their vision.
