yea and they completely ignore that Apple charges 125% margin on the device, but fail to list apple as coconspirator.

---> Which? That lawsuit has been around for a long time. I think it got started during The Apple Campaign. Surprising to see it now being resurfaced but opportunities always only get shelved until a 2nd funding party can be tapped. Could is always the operative word.
