yea and they completely ignore that Apple charges 125% margin on the device, but fail to list apple as coconspirator.

That lawsuit has been around for a long time. I think it got started during The Apple Campaign.

Surprising to see it now being resurfaced but opportunities always only get shelved until a 2nd funding party can be tapped.

Could is always the operative word.

As I previously noted this claim came forward as Apple was pressing the same claim in the US courts and the FTC. At the time, Anna Hoult had just taken over the reigns at Which?. Prior to this appointment she worked for Carphone Warehouse and was obviously in-tune with all that was going down with Apple and Qualcomm.
