Seems Judge Bryon is less than thrilled (from the ruling) "And this Court has already expended more time and resources on this case than is justifiable." ParkerVision asked to split the Transmitter Claims and Receiver Claims of the case. Judge grudgingly agreed, but found for Q in the Receiver Claims and fast tracked the responses with required 90 day written updates.
